Peter Gammell is an extremely successful businessman
and entrepreneur, a Scottish Chartered Accountant and a director of
numerous companies in Australia, USA, UK and China. Peter joined Kerry
Stokes' organisation in 1981 and is currently the Group Managing
Director of Mr. Stokes' private company, Australian Capital Equity Pty.
Ltd. ["ACE"]. ACE has a wide range of interests including the Western
Australian, New South Wales and North-Eastern China Caterpillar
dealerships – WesTrac Pty. Ltd., and a major interest in the Seven
Network Ltd.
Between 1984 and 1989 Peter was a director of
Castle Cairn (Financial Services) Ltd. an investment management company
based in Edinburgh, Scotland and a member of IMRO. During this time he
was also a director of Cairn Energy Management Limited and Cairn Energy
PLC.
Peter is currently a director of Seven Network
Limited and National Hire Limited. He is also a former director of a
subsidiary of the Bank of Scotland, Scottish Pacific Business Finance
Holdings Ltd. Former public company directorships include B Digital Ltd.
and R M Williams Holdings Ltd.
