The portal securely captures original documents and validates sequentially each step of a purchase transaction from the order through to the acceptance, delivery, payment request and finally the authorisation of that payment. Tools such as 'My Dashboard' provide all the critical information a business needs and directs users to all pertinent information on the portal with a single click. The user friendly portal allows all stakeholders involved in the trade to: address issues, clearly monitor the status of the buying and selling process, receive updates on the information being exchanged, the tasks to be completed and the ability to check key facts at their convenience.
